#introduction I am a molecular and structural biologist working at the Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology in Paris. I am working with proteins and RNAs, fascinated by the many ways they interact with eachother. I use all sorts of biophysical techniques and molecular tools, but mostly #NMR and #Crystallography. Special interests in #RNA maturation and post-transcriptional #modifications.

I will here post about pre-prints, articles, conferences, related to my interests in research.

Our latest paper is now online as a pre-proof version: “Production of isotopically enriched high molecular weight #hyaluronic acid and characterization by solid-state NMR” by Pushpa Rampratap, Alessia Lasorsa, Barbara Perrone, yours truly, and Marthe Walvoort. This paper describes how we managed to produce 13C-enriched hyaluronic acid (with high MW) to enable in-depth #NMR studies (which will be forthcoming!). doi.org/10.1016/j.carbpol.2023 #nmrchat #glycotime

It's time for an #introduction.

In 2019, I changed my suit for a lab coat after 13 years as a #neuromarketing consultant. Since then, I have been studying #biophysics at Humboldt University in #Berlin with the goal of an master's degree in #neuroscience. My brain wants to understand brains. 😅

I am interested in #NMR / #MRI / #fMRI, #CryoElectronMicroscopy, #connectomics, cerebral #organoids, simulation and modeling of processes and networks respectively.
