@Weizenbaum_Institut @guardian When he received his honorary doctorate at TU Berlin he said: "I am not a pessimist, but I think my grandchildren will not die of a natural cause". I fear he indeed was a realist.

I had the honour to meet him when he held a talk during my senior year in secondary school. It was a rather chilling event if your brain continues down the rabbit holes he was pointing at.
