Hey, I really don’t like getting involved in drama, and I’ve been sitting on this for a while, but I feel like I need to say something before rumors or misinformation get out of hand.
Sinder has basically vanished from streaming and social media ever since the allegations against her came out. I think she left because she didn’t want to deal with the backlash—especially after posting what’s easily one of the worst apologies I’ve seen. It felt dismissive, almost like she just wanted to brush it all under the rug instead of taking real responsibility.
What’s even more upsetting is that a lot of people who used to be close to her—other VTubers, collaborators, even her own artist—have since come forward and shared their stories. These aren’t vague callouts or drama posts; these are detailed, serious breakdowns of her behavior and how it hurt people in the community. It’s heartbreaking to read, especially knowing how trusted and admired she was by many.
At this point, it looks like she’s gone for good. And honestly, considering the damage she caused to so many people, especially other VTubers, maybe it’s better that way. Trust was broken. People were hurt. You can’t just walk away from that and expect things to be fine.
Also, I need to bring up Redacted. I was shocked to find out he was Sinder’s boyfriend, especially after everything that’s come out. From what I’ve seen, he played a big role in this situation too—and in my opinion, he shouldn’t be active on any social platforms, including X. It’s hard to watch someone stay publicly present when they’ve caused so much harm behind the scenes.
To help people understand the full picture, I’ve put together a document with all the statements, callouts, and testimonies from various VTubers. Everything is organized in the order it happened, and I’ve credited everyone who shared their voice. This is all public information—they deserve to be heard, and their stories matter.

This whole thing has been messy and painful, but I hope putting this out there helps bring some clarity. If you’re going to engage with this, please do so respectfully. Listen to the people who were impacted, and don’t brush it off as “just drama.” It’s not. These are real people with real experiences.
